This booklet was produced to sell extravagant apartments in the Thirty-Four Hundred Sheridan Road building, located in Chicago, Illinois. Overview of the building and it's ideal location followed by illustrations of and information about the various rooms in the apartments. The building stand ten stories high and contains 24 apartments for rental, besides a manager's and owner's apartments. The architect of the building was Peter J. Weber. The posh East Apartments consist of a private entrance, gallery, salon or library, living room, solarium, dining room, breakfast room, five bed chambers with private bath, serving room, kitchen, servants' hall, three maids' rooms and bath, and laundryette. West Apartments offer a gallery, living room, dining room, four bed chambers with baths, kitchen, serving room 2 maids' rooms and bath, and laundryette. The Center Apartments include those rooms in the West Apartments less one bed chamber but plus a library. At center is a double-page floor plan of the building. Accommodations will also include a passenger lift and service elevator; a chauffeur's waiting room; butler's and chauffeurs' rooms and baths; a laundryette in every apartment. Special features include filtered hot and cold water, connection to the vacuum cleaning plant, an intercommunicating automatic telephone system which establishes communication between rooms and service departments, etc. Illustrations include living room of central and west apartments, dining room of central and west apartments, dining room of east apartments, chamber, living room of east apartments, gallery, salon, vestibule, etc. Street map showing location plan of building.
