A 21 1/2" X 23 1/2" one sheet of thin paper printed on one side only, and folds to eight 3" x 6" sections. The state, counties and roads are printed in black. Overprinted in orange to indicate various zones and their agricultural uses. Railroad routes are outlined in black.
The upper left corner has an inset map with the title, the state and adjacent region. Regional railroads are shown to the north of the state.
The lower left corner has the text "Compliments of W. B. Knight, Financial Brokers, 303 Scanlan Bldg., Houston, Texas, Colonization and Farm Lands, Money Loaned on Good Real Estate."
The lower right corner has the logo of the International Great Northern, Texas Pacific, and Iron Mountains Railroads.
Accompanied by a typed letter on N. B. Knight & CO. letterhead dated October 14th, 1911, and signed by N. B. Knight and along with the original stamped envelope. Attached to the letter is a mimeographed list of available lands for sale.
Fore-edges lightly frayed else a very good copy.
