First edition. 11 x 17 cm. [4 3/8" x 6 3/4"] original brown, cloth binder, blind stamped, with titles stamped in gold gilt on the front cover. Affixed to the front pastedown sheet is a 5 page Indexed Township Map of Nebraska. The large folded color map unfolds to 59.9 x 113 cm and is quite colorful. This brightly colored maps shows the state of Nebraska but it is of mainly the eastern part of the state. Many small towns are located and railroads such as the Central and Union Pacific. The Guide to Nebraska locates the towns and population. Very minor tanning to a few small fold areas, else a fine, bright, unused copy.
