Vanes of many descriptions are offered including "The Country Doctor," "The Hunter," "Chanticleer," "Cow," "Horse," "Eagle and Arrow," and much, much, more, They also executed orders for vanes of any special design. J.W. Fiske was the most prominent American manufacturer of decorative cast iron and cast zinc products in the second half of the 19th century, established in 1858 and continuing into the 20th century. The firm was located at 78 - 80 Park Place, New York City. Stamped on the front cover in red ink are the words "Price subject to an increase of 10% November 1937." Covers lightly used else a very good, internally clean booklet.
