First edition thus. 8vo. Limited to 1,000 numbered copies of which this is number 658. Originally published in 1914 and written by Starr while imprisoned in the Colorado Penitentiary. Both Adam's 150 130 and Six Guns 2128 say only one copy of the original edition is known to exist and should be considered "exceedingly rare." Brown fabricoid, embossed design on the front cover, titles stamped in gold gilt on the front panel and spine, pictorial decorated endpapers, 96 pp., all edges gilt, introduction, illustrated, index. The first reprint edition of an "exceedingly rare" pamphlet which was originally published in 1914. An index, photographs, and publisher's introduction are added to this edition.As new, unread copy in dust jacket.
