The cover letter is a response from the company to an inquiry from CWO Daniel E. Foran, USMC, Marine Corps Depot of Supplies in Philadelphia for terms and conditions to purchase Teitzel-Jones boots, presumably for the Marine Corps. Adequate pictures of the boots, samples of leather, how-to-order forms are provided for easy use. Very good condition.
