This promotional booklet is encouraging people to consider relocating to Denver and provides much information about the city including residences of prominent families, schools and prominent buildings in Denver, along with pertinet facts about opportunities in Denver. The illustrations are in color and each illustrated page in un-numbered with pertinent facts regarding the pictures on the back. Spine reinforced with archival tape, moderate wear to the covers, chip missing from the top edge of rear cover, but the contents are clean and bright. Overall a very good copy.
