Views include: Birdseye View of City, View of South Battery, numerous Churches, Lower Market, Magnolia Cemetery, View of Rutledge Avenue, Fort Moultrie, Sullivans Island, Fort Sumter, Charleston Orphan House, View of Kingstreet, Charleston Hotel, Citadel Academy, etc. Inside rear cover has an advertisement for Edward Perry & Co., Booksellers, "Opposite the Charleston Hotel." Spine has perished leaving the rear cover detached, but all images intact and firmly affixed to the front cover, else contents are clean and bright and overall a very good copy.
