22" x 17" one sheet, folds to 7 3/8" x 4 1/4" with 12 panels. One side is a street map in blue and red of the streets of San Antonio, Texas. Map shows the location of "Beautiful Sunset Memorial Park," a planned housing community, notes the new Austin Highway at Klaus Road, the locations of both Kelly Field and Brooks Field, and a grid of all the street locations. The other side contains 12 panels, 8 of which are devoted to street locations, 2 panels promote purchasing a home in Sunset Memorial Park, and 2 panels for the front and rear covers. The date is based upon Kelly Field being renamed to Kelly Air Force Base in 1948. Wrappers lightly used and small name stamp on front cover else a very good copy.
