Vol. IV, No. 1, March, 1959 issue of Corral Dust by the Potomac Corral of the Westerners. Quarto. Printed wrappers, 8 pp., illustrated. An interesting analysis of the life and times of the man described as "the most colorful and notorious outlaw who operated on the Texas border." Also includes an article by B.W. Allred and entitled, "Rawhide Jelly of Starve." The article is about the starvation endured by Dan Jones and 21 associates left by Mormons at Devil's Lake, Wyoming, to guard freight and livestock that had to be abandoned when John Hunt's wagon company hauled the ill-fated Martin Handcart company to Salt Lake in November 1856. Fine.
