Inside covers offer information about the home of John Rowan, the furniture within the home, Stephen Collins Foster and his songs and music, to include "My Old Kentucky Home." Illustrations include various rooms within the home ... the parlor, the children's playroom, Judge Rowan's bedroom, the garden, the Kitchen, the guest bedroom, the entry hall, Judge Rowan's law office, the dining room, etc. Laid in is an unused photograph postcard showing Stephen Collins Foster.
