Light blue printed wrappers, 10 pp. A favorable report from the superintendent to the Governor of Dakota Territory on the condition of the deaf mutes in the program over the past two years. They report that in 1888 there are 56 deaf pupils which has grown from 5 pupils in 1880. Each year between 1880 to 1888 the number of pupils is shown. The names of each of the pupils along with their county of origin is provided. Inked words "Permanent File" appears at the top of the front cover, two small closed tears to fore-edge of front cover and one minor closed tear to fore-edge of rear cover, else a very good copy.
