Information is provided on the park' environment, animal residents, hiking trails, bungalow tent facilities, horseback trails, Grand Canyon Hotel, fossil forests, Mammoth Hot Springs, fishing, hotels and permanent camps, automobile transportation, Old Faithful Inn, etc. A two page map of Yellowstone National Park that points out park tours, trails, auto road to Jackson Lake, railroads, etc. A one page map of the Union Pacific System and its connections are shown leaving from Chicago to the Pacific Ocean and points in between. Laid-in is a small map of the Chicago & North Western Line and Connections plus rail stations for the Chicago & North West Line and the Chicago, Union Pacific & North Western Line.
