The endpapers are a full colored picture titled "The Original Gunfight of the American West," by Andy Thomas. Book explores in detail the gunfights in which Hickok was involved. Hickok's skill with a pistol was described by some of his contemporaries as "miraculous" and his reflexes as "phenomenal." As new, unread copy in dust jacket.
