2 1/2" X 4" cream colored paper stock, printed in maroon on front side and black on the other side. The front panel promotes Harnden's Express that "offers unsurpassed facilities for the transmission of Freight, Packages, Money, & etc." "Packages for soldiers conveyed at half the usual rates." Shipping depots and office locations are also listed. On the verso are two portraits: one being Lieut. Gen. Winfield Scott and the other being Maj. Gen. Geo. B. McClellan.
