2 1/2" X 4" cream colored paper stock, printed in black on one side only. The front panel promotes Campbell's Air Ship and shows a drawing of the air ship with two people as pilots. In 1888, the Campbell Air Ship, designed by Professor Peter C. Campbell, was made by the Novelty Air Ship Company. This was lost at sea in 1889, while being flown by Professor Hogan during an exhibition flight. Light wear to the top left corner and the paper stock uniformly tanned, else a very good copy with a cancellation stamp on the verso by the Penn & New York R. R. dated May 2, 1890.
