It appeared in Soil Conservation magazine, Vol. XXX, No. 11, June, 1965. Jeff talks about the importance of soil conservation for the unfinished third and the unstarted third of land in rural America. This article was reprinted into a separate pamphlet by the Soil Conservation Service and a copy of the reprint edition is also provided. The reprint edition is also signed by Jeff.
