Fine, tight bright copy. VOLUME II: Light blue cloth, gold stamping on front cover and spine, gold gilt shield on front panel teg, xii, 467 - 879 [13] pp., illustrated, plates, portraits, maps, footnotes, appendices, bibliography, index. This edition was published for Swedish Colonial Society members, presumably in a limited number, simultaneously with the University of Pennsylvania version. This is a more elaborate binding with the same sheets, except for the Society material at the rear of Volume II. Both volumes housed in a cloth slipcase with leather label on spine and titles stamped in gilt.
