Tri-fold cover and with 3 panels offering photographs and illustrations of as well as information about the hotel. Opens to a 6-panel map entitled, "All Roads Lead to the New Hotel Biloxi," stating that all roads shown are hard-surfaced all-weather roads. Major routes shown in orange from as far away as Minneapolis, Port Huron, Little Rock, and Charleston. Along the sides of the map are small scenes of Biloxi. Light soiling along with light wear to folds and extremities as well as an agent's stamp to front. Very good.
