First edition thus. Fine, bright copy in dust jacket, with minor wear to the spine ends. This is the author's fourth book which is a reissuing of his first two books, neither of which had sold very well in their original first editions. However with the success of this third novel The Spy Who Came In From The Cold, the publisher wanted to capitalize on the huge success and issued this omnibus edition. Not nearly as scarce as either Call For The Dead or A Murder Of Quality, but quite an uncommon book.
