Clum as he views the ruins of old San Carlos, where he once organized the famed San Carlos Apache Police. On the back cover established in 1873 as a Military Post and as an Indian Agency, old San Carlos provided the stage for many a dramatic episode in the Apache Wars. Fine copy.
