First edition. Publisher's original red / orange cloth with black titles to the spine, in the G. P. Micklewright illustrated dustwrapper. A better than very good copy, the binding square and firm showing light rubbing and fading to the extreme edges of the boards, the contents whilst toned due to the pulp paper used in production are clean throughout and without previous owner's inscriptions or stamps. Complete with the scarce dust jacket which is a little rubbed and nicked with small chips at the bottom of the spine and bottom right corner of the upper panel. An attractive example of a seldom encountered title. Murders are committed in order to obtain the blue prints for the Scorpion fighter plane, an advanced design aircraft.
