The company was founded in Aurora, Illinois in 1868. It produced pumping, sewage treatment, and water purification equipment. The company was purchased by Keene Corporation in 1967 and McNish Corporation in 1984. The name was then changed to AmWell, a company in operation today.
A splendid, elaborate, and very informative total catalogue that is lightly rubbed along the spine with minor wear to the top edge of the rear cover else a near fine bright tight copy. Housed in a leather clamshell case with titles stamped in gilt on the front panel and spine.
