Original light green wrappers with Shamrock's 25 Years logo in silver gilt at lower, front corner, 78 [1] pp., preface, illustrated, portraits, map, tables, charts. A business history of the first twenty-five years of the Shamrock Oil and Gas Corporation. Oil History C58 says: “Company histories are usually dry, statistical propaganda works. This one is different. Haley uses his expertise…[to] describe the temper of the time as it related to the 1918 Panhandle field discovery which was followed by widespread drilling and development.”
