Black and white photographs. Southern California consists of eight counties: Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego. To the east are three large inland counties of San Bernardino, Riverside, and Imperial, which extend to the boundaries of the State on the Arizona side. Briefly discusses the varieties of soil, the climate, agricultural products, irrigation, cattle, sugar beets, citrus fruits, the English walnut tree, olives, grapes, petroleum. Black and white photographs to include a heavy crop of olives, an irrigation ditch, gathering oranges, and a southern California bungalow home. White covers lightly soiled and lightly frayed to bottom edge, minor splitting at 4 folds else a very good and informative brochure.
