It was established before the concept of a national park existed, and it was the first time that a piece of land had been set aside by the United States Government to preserve its use as an area for recreation. Lightly chipped on the rear cover else near fine, bright and clean copy. A very scarce piece of Americana housed in an imitation leather clamshell case with titles stamped in gilt on the spine.
