Because of its accessibility, Hampton Beach is a favorite retreat for families and an attractive summer resort. Information includes the pleasures of Hampton Beach; the Ocean House which accommodates 200 guests; Canobie Lake Park which includes fifty acres of land and forest located in Salem, New Hampshire; Cape Cottage located on Cape Elizabeth overlooks the Portland harbor and is only four miles from Portland. Located in Avon is Highland Park which has many attractions. Pine Island Park is considered one of the best lakes for bathing in New Hampshire.
