First edition. 8" x 5" in light green printed wrappers. 16pp. The First Provisional Klorero of the Realm of Iowa indicated the launching of the Second, or Training Period, in the development of a Klan. Addresses by A.G. Biggerstaff and Brown Harwood where various topics are covered to include the concern that unworthy men have trifled with the sacred obligations of the Klan; that secrecy of the Klan is of utmost importance; the Klankraft does not yield to human infirmities; etc. "We dishonor our beloved Order when we commit ourselves to anything less than Christian good-will." "If only we could bring our civic or political activity completely under the control of the spirit of 'A Klansman's criterion of character,' so that all would act 'not for self but for others,' some of our vexing problems would be solved." The addresses are followed by a Report of Committee on Recommendations, a Report of Committee on Organization, and a Report of Committee on Resolutions. Light tanning to edges of wrappers and with light soiling to rear cover. Very good.
