Also includes General Orders, No. 15, issued on April 2, 1886 by Secretary of War Wm. C. Endicott, at the direction of the President, relieving Crook, at his request, from his command of the Department of Arizona, reassigning him to the Department of the Platte, and assigning command of the Department of Arizona to General Nelson Miles.
