A very rare weather vane catalog showing illustration of famous race horses, farm animals, sulkies, roosters, bulls, cows, oxen, peacocks, eagles, deer, schooners, Bartholdi's Statue of Liberty, church vanes, goddess of liberty, horse cars, fire engines, bannerets, finials, etc. A history of the firm is printed on the inside rear cover. Throughout the catalogue are prices, sizes, quantities, etc., along with regular reminders that "any other size made to order," "any design made to order," "All my vanes are of copper, and gilded with pure leaf gold," etc.

The front and rear covers are in splendid condition having been preserved by a master paper conservator and the interior is clean and tight. The catalogue is in very good condition and housed in a two-tone clamshell case with titles stamped in gilt on the front cover and spine. This catalog is not recorded on OCLC, McKinstry, or Romaine.
