[64] pp. Illustrations. 1-page street map of St. Augustine with legend for various points of interest followed by 57 full-page color illustrations depicting scenes in and around St. Augustine to include pictures of various hotels, clubs, churches, street scenes, homes, Spanish moss, various monuments, several pictures of Fort Marion, light houses, beach and water scenes, etc. At end of brochure is the history of St. Augustine. Pictures in brochure are clean and bright; however, a previous owner has carelessly glued the text into the wrappers, thereby gluing the very inner edge of the last page of text to the rear cover, obscuring a couple words. Wrappers are are lightly soiled and with light wear to extremities. Brochure is housed in a 6" x 8 1/2" x 1/4" box, prepared for mailing. Very good. Beautiful pictures throughout.
