Publication: Written by G W Lillie, 1913, New Jersey
11" x 8 1/2" letter on Buffalo Bill's Wild West Combined With Pawnee Bill's Great Far East stationery dated Jan. 13, 1913, and addressed to "Friend Miller." In the letter Lillie advises that he cannot sell two calves at $100.00 a piece, "but if I have what you want will sell you two bull calves at $150.00 each. I raised 17 nice calves last year so I am quite sure they will suit you. We took them away from their mothers last Sept. and are all in the calf pasture. Will be home next week." The letter is signed "G. W. Lillie, Pawnee Bill, somewhere in New Jersey." A few faint fold creases else a very good letter. We wonder if "Friend Miller" may refer to one of the Miller Brothers 101 Ranch ?
