Green cloth,titles and device stamped in gold gilt on the front cover and spine, 303 pp., frontispiece, foreword, illustrated from photographs. An interesting work relating incidents in the lives of a variety of gunmen, including Wild Bill Hickok, Bat Masterson, Frank & Jesse James, the Daltons, Belle Starr, Pat Garrett, Billy The Kid, Bill Tilghman, etc. Six Guns 2171 says "Scarce." We have handled this book a number of times through the years, but this is the first copy we've seen with a dust jacket. A small bit of soiling to the front pastedown sheet else a very good copy in the elusive dust jacket with a chip to the head of spine and an old water stain to lower portion of the spine.
