Stiff, Textured Pictorial Wrappers. 47pp. Illustrated throughout with colored illustrations on every page. As described in the catalog: "I began serving my apprenticeship in my father's shop, located in Flatonia, Texas, at the age of thirteen. At the age of eighteen, I was considered a master workman on cow-boy boots. For the next twenty years I held positions of foreman, designer and superintendent of the largest boot making firms in Texas...I decided to enter the making of cow-boy boots, in my own behalf, locating in Cheyenne, Wyo., on August 1, 1915....By creating an entirely different design of stitch pattern, including the first pair of different colored inlaid boots, which are at the present time so popular, my business grew. Unable to secure sufficient help while in Cheyenne, we were compelled to move our shop on January 1, 1918, to our present location." This catalog is truly exceptional to our experience.
