Orange cloth, titles in dark blue ink on front cover and spine, xiv [2], 269 pp. plus 18 pages of 21 rodeo photographs, preface, illustrated from illustrations by the author and from photographs. color frontispiece by the author. The publisher states that due to an error the traditional Scribner's "A" was omitted from the copyright page. A book of short stories about rodeo with one central character appearing in each one of the stories. A fine, bright, tight copy in dust jacket with small chips to the spine ends, a small stain along the bottom quarter of the spine [not affecting any of the lettering], small chips and tiny nicks to the extremities and two light creases to the rear cover panel.
