Discussion of where Cherokee Indians hid their valuables and treasures prior to their removal west from Georgia in 1838. Prior to their removal the Cherokees closed up their mines, buried their treasures, and carved their treasure signs on rocks and trees so skillfully that most of them can only be deciphered by a member of the tribe or someone highly trained in the art.
