First edition. 8vo. Signed by the author on the front free fly leaf. A card laid-in says this copy is "From the Collection of Dick Bosse Proprietor,The Aldredge Book Store, Dallas." Dick passed away after an illness and this is a copy from his collection. Yellow cloth, titles stamped in red on front cover and spine, xi [blank], 236 pp., foreword, bibliography. This is one of the few works on Allison. Six Guns 2093 says: "Scarce." "The most complete biography of this noted gunman to date, printed in a small edition, which was exhausted immediately after publication and hence was scarce from the beginning." Very good tight copy in dust jacket with light wear to the head of spine and a small chip to top edge of rear cover.
