On behalf of the members of the Orange County Firemen's Association a cordial welcome is extended to the members of the California State Firemen's Association in convention assembled at Fullerton, California, August 7-8-9, 1929. An official program of events is provided. A short sketch for each member city is provided along with a few photographs that depict sites of interest.

Cities that make up the Orange County Firemen's Association are : Fullerton, Santa Ana, Orange, Anaheim, Huntington Beach, Buena Park, Brea, Garden Grove, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Placentia, Tustin, San Clemente, Costa Mesa, Seal Beach, and La Habra. Pictures of each city's fire equipment and members is shown for each city.
