Penciled gift inscription by the author on the inside front cover and additionally signed by him in pencil beneath his photograph on page four. 6 7/8" x 5" tan wrappers with titles in brown on the front cover, [4], 18 [1] pp., illustrated. Given as short radio talks the author at the time of publication was the only living Indian Scout of the early frontier days of the West and occurred during the time he was associated with Kit Carson, Phil Sheridan, Buffalo Bill, and others.
