Six Score 966 says, "Numerous tales of cattle and cattle-breeders in America and England. Sanders was the Editor of 'The Breeders Gazette,' and he knew the men he talked of." He was also the author of SHORTHORN CATTLE and THE STORY OF THE HEREFORDS. An interesting and informative work. Wear to corners and chipping to leather spine ends. Some cracking to inner front hinge, fragile but holding. Light scattered rubbing or silverfish damage to cloth boards. Endpapers show usual off-setting to corners and top & bottom edges of spine from leather. Good-Very Good.
