First edition. 8vo. Blue colored printed wrappers, 88 pp., preface. Information regarding the reunion include a meeting of the Board of Directors, business session, and annual address. Contains a 6-page biography by Frances Fuller Victor of Joe Meek, the celebrated mountain man and vital figure in the early days of the Oregon Territory. It was Meek who rode overland to tell President Polk of the Whitman Massacre, and for this was made U. S. Marshal of the newly created Oregon Territory in 1848. Covers are worn at spine ends and extremities with nicks and chips, internally there are small fold creases to many lower corners, else a very good copy.
