The impressive 4-story Padgitt Building is on the left side and is titled "Tom Padgitt CO. Wholesale & Saddlery & Vehicles" which appears at the front of the building. Sam Ging's order consists of collars, buckles, straps, rings, saddle pads, bridles, buggy lines, etc. Tom Padgitt (1846-1926) started his saddle company in Waco in 1867. A few old fold creases and light wear to the extremities, else a very good copy.
