First edition. 8vo. Colored pictorial wrappers, 24 - 8" x 4" panels, illustrated, schedules, points of interests, hotels, advertisements, map. The map showing the route of the Manitou Steamship Company and its connections has a yellow background with the routes throughout the five Great Lakes in red. The cabin and stateroom plans for the Steamship Manitou are done in color in an 8" x 8" section. Regular travel to Detroit, Buffalo, Cleveland, Chicago, Marquette, Houghton, Duluth, and many other ports. Pictures of hotels are provided to include the Royal Frontenac Hotel, Northport Beach Hotel, The Inn at Charlevoix, and the Grand Hotel, Mackinac Island. A full panel advising of the the Louisiana Purchase Exposition of 1904, being held in St. Louis from April 30th until December 1st. A scarce item as we've only had three promotional booklets from this line in the past. Minor wear to the spine fold, else a near fine copy.
