Directed to the holders of the Francklyn Land Mortgage Gold Bonds issued by the Francklyn Land and Cattle Company noting that "as the Company has failed to make the payment it is my intention to apply for an order of sale at once in order that the Special Commissioner named in the decree may advertise the sale to take place with as little delay as possible." Letter lightly soiled with minor wear to the edges, else a very good copy.
