A large brick hotel, centrally located, with an ornate Dutch Cafe, sixty suites, roof garden, large foyers on each floor, etc. A cancel sticker has been applied advising that C. H. Churchill, formerly of the Brown Palace Hotel is the new hotel manager. Former owner's inked comments on the front cover and at the perimeter of the first page stating that The Adams is the only hotel with a roof garden and names of those who attended the stay at the hotel.
