Publication: Methuen & Co Ltd, 1938, London
First edition. 8vo. Original orange cloth, black letters on spine, v [3], 311 pp. An Englishman writes of his experiences in Arizona, particularly Tombstone, in the 1880s. Herd 1089 says "Scarce." "Cowboy experiences in Arizona." Six Guns 1063 says "Scarce." "A scarce book with some material on the Heath gang in Arizona. He tells about many of the Arizona outlaws, such as Billy Stiles, Burt Alvord, and Augustine Chacon." A very elusive book that we've tried for many years to obtain. We feel it should be considered as "rare" today. Cloth moderately rubbed along spine edges, lightly soiled, light foxing to fore-edges and to a few preliminary pages, else very good copy.
