Blair Shoenfelt, U.S. Indian Agent for Union Agency, signed for a map showing and describing additional ground required by the Choctaw, Oklahoma & Gulf Railroad Company at Cairo, Choctaw Nation, Indian Territory, for the purpose of section headquarters was filed under the provisions of the Act of Congress approved February 28, 1902, entitled, "An Act to Grant the right of Way through the Oklahoma and Indian Territories to the Enid & Anadarko Railroad Company, and for Other Purposes." Opposite side states, "Chief Engineer's Number 2253/ Recorded in Book B; Page 222/ 2-25-03; by L.D.A.
