A colorful promotional booklet for Walker's Austex Chile Company, full of recipes which feature the company's products such as tinned beans, tinned tamales, and Mexene Chile Powder. With full-color wrappers and a full-color advertising spread inside. Recipes include Austex Chile con Carne, Austex Chicken Stew, Mexican Meat Balls, and Piquant Vegetable Soup, as well as several casseroles. Two copies found in OCLC, at the University of North Texas and UC San Diego. Minor edge wear, else a near fine copy from an old Texas food producing company.
