Tells the story of Champion Exhibition Trick Shooter and Marksman Captain Jack O'Donnell and how he learned to shoot as a young lad with the Hopkins & Allen .22 Caliber Junior Rifle. Deaf since the age of 16, O'Connell was from Newago County, Michigan. In the story he explains how in his younger years he met and was inspired by the legendary trick shooting dentist Doc Carver of Chicago. At one time, O'Connell was a part of the Buffalo Bill's Wild West. Lightly soiled, interior clean. Very good.
