We have 20,000 acres of our own lands for sale, and we represent over 200,000. We buy and sell real estate on commission. Our facilities for buying and selling land are equal to any office in the State. We call the attention of those who have money to invest in Texas lands for the purpose of speculation, and say to such parties that we can always procure safe, desirable and profitable investments for you in Texas lands. We pay particular attention to the investigation of titles to all lands that we buy or sell, and never recommend a title as good until every link in the chain of title has been critically examined and found regular. To those who desire to emigrate to Texas and secure valuable homes for themselves, we will say we are prepared to offer inducements to all emigrants, and will always secure for them a valuable home for a less sum than they themselves can buy…..” Pgs 3 and 4 are a listing of Texas lands in Navarro County, Ellis County, Anderson County, Henderson County, Kaufman County, Presidio County, Crockett County and Miscellaneous along with the cost of the acreage. Not in OCLC. Minor paper separation, top edges of both leaves are chipped, but not affecting the text. Overall a scarce item in good condition.
